Hotel Biancaneve Wellness SPA

The hotel ok, the staff members the worst people I have meet in my life. The owner was so rude and frustrated. I booked the room for 1 person, I arrived at the hotel around 16:00. after I checked in I went for a walk and returned with a friend to change my clothes and using the toilet. As soon I entered the room he called me that I need to bring the document of this person, I brought it to him and I explained that I won't stay long, just using the toilet, changing the clothes, smoking a cigarette then I'm going out for dinner. After 25 minutes he called me again on the room to bring him 20€ for the other person. I went downstairs to pay and he started offending and being razist, he told me the next day when I'll leave his property to never ever return there. I wanted to call the police but i didn't wanna ruin my night. The most traumatic hotel experience I ever had in my life.

I only stayed one night, I had a very good time, excellent welcome, excellent service, VERY CLEAN room (there wasn't a speck of dust), nice and very nice environment. Mine was a single room, very nice, it wasn't huge but for one person it was more than enough, with a queen-size bed, comfortable too. I didn't have breakfast because I don't eat in the morning but if the buffet is like everything else, you're on the safe side! I got along very well with the gentleman who was at the reception (I think the owner?) who even offered me a lift to the station! Very convenient location of the hotel. Price more than honest. It's definitely a place I recommend! I will be back very soon!

We stayed at this hotel that I didn't know about. Pleasant surprise: pleasant and modern environment, attention to detail, kind and attentive table service, excellent Marche cuisine. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby beach establishment. The hotel has a shuttle bus service, free wi-fi in all rooms, spacious and modern rooms, particular attention to the bathroom, organized and prepared for people with disabilities. The hotel offers bicycles for its guests. A place suitable for all age groups, including families. Kind and attentive staff, attentive to customer needs. The prices are in line with the type of place and in any case not exaggerated. If you are on holiday in Marotta or just for a visit, this place is worth a stop. Definitely coming back.

More than a hotel, a real family. I stayed at the Biancaneve hotel for 21 days for work purposes, Moreno and his wife Sabina treated me like family. They are ready to listen to customers, their requests and their desires, they do everything to make the stay hospitable, comfortable, and they succeed!!! Excellent location, facing the sea and a few km from Senigallia and Fano. Super recommended!
